We're looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Maintenance team in the role of Maintenance Assistant / CMMS Administrator

In this role you will be Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Assistant / CMMS Administrator will be located Markham, ON, at our Ridge facility and will work as part of a multidisciplinary team including mechanical, electrical, and building infrastructure technicians supporting internal Propagation and Quality customers. The candidate should be familiar with manufacturing environment, be skilled in utilizing CMMS and equipment to meet production objectives and support healthy plant life. It is essential for the candidate to be organized, result oriented and have strong problem-solving skills. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will.

• Conduct daily walk through to ensure all systems especially the mechanical components of the facility are functioning properly

• Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems

• Respond to emergencies

• Maintain an up-to-date list of company assets along with appropriate PM schedules.

• Permit advanced determination of labor resources needed and time required to complete each job, which aids the maintenance supervisor in measuring the performance of his/her personnel

• Provide cooperation in connection with each job to do work as prescribed by operations.

• Ensure schedule compliance for preventative maintenance

• Input WOs updates /details /feedback into CMMS to build up / maintain history of equipment performance and maintenance activities

• Provide a central source of information concerning preventive maintenance.

• Optimize manufacturing schedules, including coordination of work orders and assumed time frames to ensure sufficient product availability within several distinct markets

• Communicate expected availability and real-time delays to stakeholders while providing mitigation recommendations and shifts

• Other duties as required

You would be the best fit for this role if you have

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Experience with CMMS software such as FIIX, DIMO or SAP

• Broad knowledge and excellent understanding of a range common business functions and practices, including but not limited to maintenance management, inventory management, customer service, records management, policies and procedures, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt; maintain focus and a high degree of accuracy while working with complex data in an environment of ever-changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements

• Self-motivated and customer focused

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and collaborate on projects

• Ability to think strategically, problem solve and make quick decisions

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills)

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Time management and follow-up skills; highly organized and detail oriented

• Effective team player, approachable and supportive

• Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations Demonstrate regard for safety and knowledge of standards

• Willing to perform various support tasks

• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs independently

Some key components of the role are ensuring that customer registration moves forward smoothly and efficiently by helping customers through the process of obtaining their medical document and becoming a registered client; helping the customer select the product best suited to their needs; and generally making their client experience a pleasant and productive one.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Provide prompt, courteous, and clear answers to all inquiries</p><p>• Provide insight regarding Health Canada regulations and options for Medical/Recreational Markets</p><p>• Advice on our policies and procedures</p><p>• Answering incoming inquiries from clinics and physicians</p><p>• Provide information on our products and the medical options to be considered</p><p>• Providing high level strain consultations to physicians, clinics and customers</p><p>• Placing order and, processing customer payments with high levels of accuracy</p><p>• Ensure clarity on the status of their orders</p><p>• Responding and answering to incoming/outgoing inquiries including phone, email or chat</p><p>• Coordinate the customer registration process between customers, Tweed, and external parties</p><p>• Provide prompt service and registration within a 10 minute timeframe for Priority Clinics</p><p>• Facilitating Health Care Practitioner Portal applications and submissions</p><p>• Providing prompt, accurate quality checks to customer files</p><p>• Provide administrative and general support to the Customer Care Team</p><p>• Ensure all requests for information are met efficiently and accurately</p><p>• Provide regular tracking and reporting to the team leader</p><p>• Maintaining logs and various administrative tasks</p><p>• Must be able to work a variable of shifts</p><p>• Other Duties as assigned</p><p><b>Experience</b></p><p>• Strong Customer Service Experience (call centre preferred) with the ability to work in potentially highly stressful situations</p><p>• Excellent listening and communication skills</p><p>• Strong customer resolutions and retention skills</p><p>• Strong administrative skills</p><p>• Strong technology skills, including G-Suite, web-based systems, report preparation and multi-channel communication with the ability to learn/utilize new computers systems</p><p>• Sincere compassion and empathy for the needs of customers</p><p>• A strong sense of personal integrity and confidentiality</p><p>• Ability to define processes and contribute to the growth of the team</p><p>• Resolve problems by analyzing data and identifying problems</p><p>• Ability to work independently</p><p>• A medical background would be an asset</p><p>• Ability to work variable shifts</p><p>• Bilingualism is mandatory</p></div>","company":{"website":"canopygrowth.com","companyType":"Public/Established","name":"Canopy Growth Corporation","logoUrl":"/logos/canopy-growth-corporation-4824ec81067c68cbe6c52ae1676e4cd3.jpeg"},"location":{"country":"Canada","address":"Brunswick Parish, NB","city":"Brunswick Parish","stateProvince":"NB"},"frontendLink":"/job-posting/canopy-growth-corporation/customer-care-representative/b7b2f0f7138bb19969ed5e23b02e7854","title":"Customer Care Representative","category":"Medical & Healthcare","hash":"b7b2f0f7138bb19969ed5e23b02e7854","postingUrl":"https://ca.melga.com/job/2022-09-19_367cf6b267a5c8d124dc261a8c4156783f9d5816e2ce151a57e432a19ad52b0a","timestamp":1664959965277}]
