Torrey Holistics – San Diego’s premier cannabis company is looking for delivery dispatcher for our growing delivery service. In this position, you are one of the company’s first points of contact for customer service. You will also be responsible for organizing delivery orders, directing drivers, and cash handling. Starting pay is $16.00/hr plus tips. Employees will receive a nice employee discount.
To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from customers and drivers.
  • Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or drivers.
  • Respond to queries related to products, deliveries, and services.
  • Use our fleet management software to direct drivers to the appropriate sites.
  • Creation and management of driving routes to prioritize delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update call logs, call records, and other important information.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Cash handling experience.
  • Worked in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
